To further support our growth, we are looking for a Financial Controller to optimize our financial processes and play a strategic role in the further professionalization of our organization. Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Financial Controller to join our company. In this position you will be responsible for preparing reports, providing insight into the financial health of our organization and organizing the financial administration. As Controller, you will work closely with our management to support strategic decisions through sound financial analysis.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings of 4 administrations.

• You will be able to convert this data into accurate and timely financial reports and analysis for management.

• Manage cash flow and budget.

• Analyze cost and revenue structures.

• Monitor compliance with financial laws and regulations.

• Optimize our procurement processes.

• Identify areas for improvement and optimize financial processes.

• Verification of sales tax returns.

• Cooperation with external auditors.

 

Job Requirements:

• A completed college or university degree in a financial field (e.g. Accountancy, Business Economics, Finance).

• Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position, preferably in a small to medium sized organization (manufacturing company).

• Knowledge of financial reporting, costing and budgeting.

• Communicative skills and able to communicate complex financial data clearly.

• Proactive, accurate and a team player.

• You are highly proficient with Excel and Exact Online (required).
